Job description
Tribe.xyz is a leading talent acquisition consultancy that partners with high-growth companies around the world to help them build and optimize their talent pipelines. Our clients include companies like Wolt, Kayak, TIER, Cargo.one, Solarisbank and many more. Our team has over 80 people, and we're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Data Operation Specialist.
About the role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. Your primary responsibility will be to fact-check, validate, and ensure that all data is correctly entered, updated, and maintained. You will play a key role in identifying discrepancies and correcting errors before data is pushed forward for further use or reporting.
If you have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or come from the recruitment industry, that's a plus—but it's not required.
Key responsibilities:
Review and fact-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Validate incoming data, making corrections as needed before updating systems.
Monitor and maintain data integrity across the databases.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies and provide support in data-related issues.
Assist in implementing data validation processes and improvements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data is up to date and accurate.
Proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement in data entry and reporting.
Provide reporting on data integrity and resolution of errors.
Ensure that all data corrections are made in a timely manner without compromising the quality of work.
Job requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with databases and data management systems.
Experience in the recruitment industry or with ATS systems, specifically Greenhouse (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Previous experience in a data-focused role or similar position is a plus.
What you will love about us:
You will have the opportunity to create and cultivate.
You will work with processes and data for companies with different sizes, industries, locations and employer brand value.
Interact with smart and engaged co-workers.
The freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
Rest & relaxation - Unlimited paid vacation.
* This is a full-time role that offers an indefinite B2B/freelance contract.
