Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and market needs.

• Take full ownership of the product, spearheading the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and competitive landscape.

• Leverage your experience in launching new products to drive a successful launch and go-to-market.

• Manage a team of engineers, analyst, and designer to define and refine product requirements and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

• Conduct market and user research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, using insights to inform product strategy and development.

• Engage extensively with clients and users to validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to ensure market fit and customer satisfaction.

• Address challenges and technical obstacles, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.

• Ensure that development aligns with customer needs and business objectives, while continuously monitoring and optimising performance.

• Utilize agile methodologies to drive efficient product development.

• 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or SaaS company.

• Proven track record of launching successful products from inception to market.

• Strong leadership abilities with a proactive mindset in driving product development and fostering team collaboration.

• Comfortable engaging with customers and skilled in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market and customer data to inform product decisions

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to end users.
